The purpose of the Outperform Toolkit® is to replace internal handbooks that are difficult to maintain; customisation can be included to match your own lifecycle, roles, products and terminology. The Outperform Toolkit® is based on industry best practice, PRINCE2®, MSP®, MoP®, M_o_R® and APMP BoKTM, which is supplemented with expert guidance from the Authors of PRINCE2®, MSP® and Think M_o_R (Andy Murray, Nigel Bennett, and Mike Ward) together with other recognised subject matter experts including John Humphries, Jennifer Stapleton, Nick Taylor and David Warley.
